v1.04 follows on from the v1.03 released back in September and adds support for MW 3.

- Removed Linear shapes.
- Removed AI Type, AA type from TDAA, Removed Spiral from TDAA.
- Removed AI Aim LOCK
- Added Stick drift removal / dead-zone feature.
- Added MW3 Cancel Slide
- Added MW3 Cancel Reload
- Made some further improvements to TDAA
- Brand New AI Target Assist to both AI Assist and AI Assist Advanced
- TD21 has done some general optimisations throughout PRO AIM in general.
